My frustration with getting back to the routine.
"Once you fell out out track it's very hard to get back"
This was a sentence that I thought wouldn't be true with me, but right after i got sick and i was out for 2 months now I'm finding myself struggling to my bones to get myself to the gym and do what used to be very easy and just a part of my day.
As the days are going by I'm starting to get better but the lazy as mindset is not easy to beat, specially now that I'm away from the gym.
But I will get the routine back, I just gotta get used to the new one I guess.
Can't wait to get to where I left off.

Exercise is necessary for physical fitness. Regular exercise, the body feels good. Zym is my very choice. But Zym can not work. Try to do as much time as possible.
