That is a valid point
In London this year we have been hit by quite a few terrorism attacks it just makes you become more aware with your everyday life. Maybe the security at these hotels aren`t trained up to a special standard. Just cowboys in disguise. With a big music event they had there you think they would of been told to be more heightened with everything that is going on around them. Probably just fell on deaf ears as people become lazy and do not think this act of madness can happen in their everyday life.
