The Fail
My sister, who is also a new Steemian, bought a few fish costing a total of $50. We thought we did everything right and even looked at online tutorials. Unfortunately, YouTube failed us and the fish ultimately died within only a few minutes! I believe we were supposed to wait longer than 15 minutes before releasing the fish from their bags, but we were following the instructions online. 🙁
You have to put conditioner in the water and wait 24 hours before adding fish, did you do that before adding fish.
No. The video I watched said to add the tank bacteria and wait 15 minutes before letting the fish out of the bag.
sorry to hear that but the pet store of fish store should have told you about the conditioner and waiting 24 hours the conditioner gets all the pollutants out of the water
