On the weekend

On holidays like this I took myself to exercise to maintain health and release stress after 6 days busy with various activities.

Playing badminton is my choice because this sport in addition to more sweat drain, is also a familiar sport in Indonesia. Although it may still feel far from the dream to still be able to follow a national event like a professional athlete, but at least my place usually practice also often hold small tournaments. Despite the sheer reward but it's okay to whip the motivation in playing.
