You have probably seen people spin a basketball on their finger and wanted to try to see if you can do it. After giving it a go once or twice, you discovered it's too hard and gave up. 你可能看過一些人用手指轉籃球，然後自己試試看，結果試了一兩次後，發現沒辦法，然後就放棄了。

As a matter of fact, it is achievable, you just had to be taught the right way. You see, when you learn something, you can't just learn the end result and expect to be able to do it straight away. You have to be given smaller goals / levels / activities, and complete the smaller goals before you can accomplish bigger ones. 其實不是不可能，而是你要用正確的方法來學習，就像學做任何事情一樣，要先從最簡單的層次開始學習。先把目標定在完成一些簡單的任務，然後再慢慢把任務的難度加強，一樣一樣地完成。

I made this video to teach people how to spin a basketball with this concept in mind. After completing 4 missions, you will be able to spin the ball. The first mission is designed so that anyone can learn it, and the second mission is designed so that anyone after completing the first mission will be able to learn the second mission, and so on.
我製作這個影片就是用這個方法來教的人怎麼轉籃球。完成四個任務後，你就一定能夠轉球。第一個任務的設計就是任何人都可以短時間內學習完成這個任務。第二個任務的設計就是讓人能夠在完成第一個任務後，不會覺得第二個任務太困難，能在一定的時間內完成，等等。
