Still trying to get rid of "perfect" body image from my own head. I definitely can't relate to the extreme as I am a regular woman who stands in the middle. It's still difficult to remove the ideals but yeah, I am working towards being me and getting healthy instead of following the world's ideal body image.
It is easy to accept how we look like. But I like to think that each one of us is unique and beautiful.
