What is baby colic?

We do not know why it occurs and what the reason for colic really is. Therefore, if an infant cries and is completely unstable for several hours at a time, without knowing why, then you call it colic.
In fact, a definition has been made of colic in babies who say that if your child - who is quick and well-being - cries for more than three hours at a time for more than three days a week and for more than three weeks, Then your child has colic.
This is a definition that Dr. Morris Wessel developed in 1954, and today it is the most widely used, although there are many others.
It is normal for infants to cry for one to two hours a day, but colic children cry more and often in another, higher and more painful way, although it can be difficult to describe accurately.
When colic babies cry, they often start very suddenly with it, and often they have a very excited stomach or a stomach upset. They often tie their hands and alternately creep up and stretch. In short, it's clear to the baby that it has a pain when it cries.
Crying can occur at all times of the day, but many experience it's worst in the afternoon and in the evening. This is unfortunately also the time of day when the parents typically need the most to relax and recharge for another day with much crying and so many parents of colic babies are subjected to enormous pressure in relation to lack of sleep and big exhaustion.

I have a baby.she was 1 year old.I feel sad If my baby cry.She cries every time.it happen If I let her thirsty and don't care her.I often less sleep because of her,and sometimes I often come late to office. Thanks has shared this post.

What often helps (or i have the impression that it helps in such cased) is a warm cherry stone pillow. Or very gentle massage of the belly. Then my little one can better get relief from stomach pain.
