Yes it is. I have only had good experiences - in the sense that even the bad experiences where the product has not arrived has been good because it has been very easy to get the money refunded or get the seller to resend the item. Ebay sellers value their rating so they will do anything to avoid a bad review. This means that they refund or resend, no questions asked. That is certainly my experience. I've experienced something lost in the mail and I got the money back in less than two minutes when I made them aware of it.
