Sunday at Angrignon Park
A few weeks ago, on a Sunday, while it was still warm outside, my friend and I took our children for a walk in one of biggest parks in the city, Angrignon. Since our winters are cold and long, we try as much as we can to take advantage of each sunny day we have by spending a lot of time outdoors.
We were lucky that we had a beautiful summer with almost no rain. Usually we get more than a fair share of rain. Some years back it was summer on a Thursday, meaning that except only a day when it was all sunny and nice, it rained the whole time as if we were in UK or we had a rainy season.
That Sunday we spent in the Angrignon park was really fun. We walked a lot on the trails and even had a picnic.
Last time I visited this park was more than nine years ago. I could not remember all of it.
On the way back to the car, we discovered a pond with lots of geese, ducks and seagulls.
You can see in the photos below how thrilled the kids were to see all of these birds in there.
They gladly shared their snacks with them, although we protested.
I guess others before us had been feeding them, because they seemed very friendly. They were not afraid to get close to us. On the contrary!
The seagulls were a bit more aggressive; two of them tried to steal the bag with snacks from the children's hands which made the kids giggle and laugh for quite some time.

What a beautiful area looks like a delightful day out
This park is beautiful disregarding the season. It's huge and has a lot of different species of trees and many paths along with a few ponds.
IT sound slike a beautiful place for a leisurely stroll :)
Looks lovely, i bet the children enjoyed it. I think robbie, my son will love there too.
They loved it. It was hard to take them home in the evening ;0)
