Weight Loss Journey...Who Else is Doing This?

I started, what i hope will be, my last semester of university January 22nd. At the same time I made the choice to hit the gym at least 3-4 times a week since there's a HUGE gym on campus and my tuition covers the gym so why not use it!
I started at 168.5lbs. My goal is to get the 138 by mid May....
One month later I am down to 162.5lbs. Not bad considering I didn't hit the gym for a week cause of Chinese new year last week BUT I was walking in 1 1/2 inch heels A LOT that whole week haha And then this past week I got an ear infection I was out for the count for 3 days. Not good. But I didn't gain through all that so...

You go girl!! Not cos you need to be "slim" by someone else's definition, but so you can be kick-ass fit, energetic, healthy and feel GOOOOOD and SEXY in your own skin. Keep posting so we can support the healthy choices you make for you. If you're ever in Chiang Mai, Thailand, we can hit the gym or go for a run together!

OMG I'd LOVE to go there! I'd think I'd rather go for a jog someone lovely cause there's so many beautiful places I'd wanna see lol
