North Korea's leader meets South-Korean ministers first time since 2011
North Korean leader
Kim Jong-un will have a dinner with South Korean delegates.
First time people from Seoul (South Korea's biggest City) have met the young North's leader since he took the leadership in 2011 when his dad died.

South Korean president confirmed this meeting shortly after the delegates' arrived today (05.03.2018).
Basically North and South Korea are still in war but relations between both sides have warmed following the Winter Olympics 2018.
Envoys
The delegation includes two envoys chief Suh Hoon and Security adviser Chung Eui-yong.
Denuclearizing
The 2 day visit was made to focus on warming conditions for talks (mainly aimed at getting rid of the Kim's nuclear missiles).
The United States of America is not interested in talks with Kim
Donald Trump said that the United States will be prepared to meet North Korea, but in my opinion he toned up that Pyongyang would first have to denuclearize :D
However, North wants to talk with USA.
Kim meeting South's ministers in real life is very big thing.
Last time delegations (made by South) visited Pyongyang 10-11 years ago.
North Korea and USA
South really needs Pyongyang and Washington (capital cities of USA and North Korea) to talk to with eachother. But in my opinion it's hard when on one side (China and North Korea) there are communists and other side (USA and South Korea) is populated with capitalists.
thanks
