The first month of the new year has almost passed ... Did you started working on what you have decided?

I think the only way to be happy with your life is to become happy with yourself and every day we are looking for a space for progress. In everyday life we make many things, some of these things makes us happy, some not.
Some of the things makes us happy mostly because we have a feeling that something is achieved, perceiving them as a personal or business growth and development.
However, if we take consider that there is much that complicates our lives, if we accept the fact that many things we do because they are imposed on us as an obligation or priority by the others, we are left with very little time for dealing with ourself.
If you're positive, happy and fulfilled, and satisfied with yourself then our life becomes a lot more comfortable and we were prepared to everything that comes in the way. When you're happy with yourself and when you work on yourself, you will be better prepared to deal with potential daily problems and then they will for you represent life challenges and battles, and space for further growth and development, not just the problem.
How to work on yourself?
Each of us has his own wishes, dreams, little things that make us happy. These little things make our lives and these things are an opportunity for our work on us. Take some time for yourself every day and do something that makes you happy and fulfilled, that may be some little things or a lot, strange or common...
Define your space for growth and progress and try to use them. Do not let a day pass without you do something that helps you to be a better person and more satisfied with yourself.
If you like physical activity, and I believe that everyone feels better after a walk or workout, find some time every day or at least every other day for something like that. If you lead your life like that, you will soon feel a positive wave of optimism that will overwhelm your life and you'll be ready to share it with the others.
