Overcoming laziness by using Japanese technique



"From Monday I will start a new life, I will practice, eat healthy, do sit-ups, start reading that book, meditate ...
Each of us occasionally sets some goals but we do not achieve them... so we transfer them to the next month... in a few months... for the whole year, etc.
Sometimes, with great will begin and do what we imagined, but if you exercise in the gym three days a week for several hours, shortly we ignore exercise for a longer time. Why is this happening? Because it's hard, because you might get bored, but habit and a real "taste" are not yet developed

There is a brilliant Japanese method Kajdzen, in which he included the so-called principle of 1 minute. Here's how it works:

Essence of these method lies in the fact that we have to deal with concrete things exactly 1 minute, but every day, at the same time!
1 minute of time - it's quite a bit of, therefore, easily practicable for every person. Laziness does not stand on your way.

Jump on the rope, do sit-ups, meditate, do some exercise, practice yoga, read a book, whatever - when it is time limited one minute, things do not look difficult, but certainly bring joy and satisfaction. But making small steps, you become perfect and achieve excellent results.


You win uncertainty, you release the feelings of guilt and helplessness, you will feel success and freedom. Inspired by the feeling of success, gradually increase the one-minute exercise on five-minute and so on. Then you quietly reach half-hour exercise. The progress is obvious!
Kajdzen principle fits all and may be effective in many areas of life.

The rest is just that, according to your needs, start applying method Kajdzen.

I love that concept. As an artist, this has inspired me to explore the idea of how much one minute can contain - visually - and time-wise. I like the idea of seeing if it possible to make one minute feel longer. As you as "1 minute of time - it's quite a bit"
