Monsoon Season is one of the most awaited seasons for whom love rainy season. It gives relief from hot summer.
For lovers, It is the most romantic and beautiful season.

It brings joy, happiness and some beautiful moments. Some people like to play in rain & dance in the rain.
I would like to say to all the people that while enjoying this wonderful season, we need to take extra care for our heath.
As it brings diseases like scene infections, diarrhoea, dengue, malaria, , viral fever, pneumonia etc.
So we have to b more careful about it.

I'm giving you some tips so that you can be healthy during monsoon season.

1- Water – Please try to drink lots of water during monsoon so that u will not face oral rehydration problem. If u can..try to drink boil water and put chloride in water.
If u like to drink coffee please avoid it replace & with herbal drinks like green tea.
Always use all-out or good night coil or refill.

2- Fruits & Vegetables- When ever you cook vegetables please Wah them properly.
Try to avoid leafy vegetables like spinach, cauliflower.
Avoid fruits like watermelon, muskmelon during rains.
Specially in rainy season use herbs like neem and turmeric contain antioxidants that prevent you from infections.
We always like to have salads, it's really good but in this season
eat steamed salads instead of raw vegetables.
Have curd and almonds in your diet instead of milk.

We always love to have junk and deep fried food, but in this season u have to stay away from them.
U have to avoid street foods like panipuri, bhelpuri, pakodas. They may accumulate germs on them which may lead to food poisoning.
We always like to have kulfis and golas that also should be avoided as they may lead to water-borne diseases.
For me really hard to tell and even hard to stop myself about non-vege like fish and prawns in rainy season, we will have to avoid them. as it is their breeding season and you may end up with stomach infection..

3- Exercise- For being healthy in every season I will tell.. don't ever forget to do exercise whether it is summer or winter or rainy season.

These r the only three tips, if u follow it, I'm sure guy's u will more enjoy in this season.
