A small pray by St. Francis. Regardless of your religion, read this and take a moment to be thankfull.

Regardless of where you are in the world and at your life.
Regardless of how you're feeling today, or this week, or this month, or this year.
Take at least one short minute to be thankfull for all that ever happened to you.
Breath.
life is good.

I can see you.

For as long as space exists
And sentient beings endure,
May I too remain
to dispel the misery of the world.

Lord make me an instrument
of thy peace, where there is hatred,
Let me sow love,
where there is injury, pardon;
where there is doubt, faith;
where there is despair, hope;
where there is darkness, light;
And where there is sadness;,joy;
O divine master, grant that
I may not too much seek
to be consoled as to console;
to be understood as to understand;
to be loved as to love;
for it is in giving that we receive
it is in pardoning that we
are pardoned, and it is in dying
that we are born to eternal life.
