Could a Catagory 6 Hurricane be possible

Living in South Florida, we steady ourselves for the upcoming Hurricane Season. We all know its inevitable, but to what extent will we be on guard. Over the past 5 years we have been relatively lucky and have side stepped the big guys. Can a Catagory 6 Hurricane really be in our future.

Cat 6 means 200 plus miles an hour winds

200 mph winds would be enough to devastate communities, hell states, but also the storm surge and rise of water would be of epic purportion. Could we survive or is humanity just doomed?
