@pandamama, the picture of that steak is mouthwatering. I can almost taste the caramelization from the charred steak. Did Creston put any seasoning on the meat? I wish I could try some of Dalia's chilis!
It was the best steak I've ever tasted @loveself. Yes, he made a marinade - I saw one ingredient was Worcestershire sauce and I saw barbecue spice - but I'll ask him. It was truly delicious
Something about Worcestershire sauce and steaks, they pair so well together.
