Sephora Makeover Musing & Sangria ~ The perfect midday writing break ...

After writing two poetry books and currently working on my first novella, I humbly understand the importance of writing breaks, or writing breaths. Little moments to clear the mind and just be, embracing what is, and living in life’s moments. Today I took a break from writing to enjoy a little self pampering. I indulged in a little makeup and this delicious sangria from one of my favorite restaurants. Sitting outside and enjoying the weather can bring a lot of emotions into perspective.
