The baby named Leo, born from a 34-year old transgender man named Trystan Reese on July 14, 2017. While born the baby weighed 9 pounds and 6 ounces. The Oregon couple Tyron Reese and partner Biff Chaplow already had adopted two children, Riley, 9, and Hailey, 7.
The partners were capturing their every moment of pregnancy on facebook to raise awareness about the transgender community.
