True Friendship Isn't Being Inseparable, It's Being Separated And Nothing Changes.

Each and every one of us has friends. A friend we can lean on through rough times. A friend who will lend a helping hand and doesn't expect anything in return. A friend who will always look at you because you two are fond of doing things together. A friend who will tell you frankly about your flaws and negative sides. A friend who accept the real you, everything in you. A friend who knows their limitations in times of keeping secrets. A friend who will give trust, love, care, and RESpect. That's the kind of friend whom we can tell are true friends and worth keeping.

Now, let me ask you. Do you have these kinds of friends in your life?

Me, I do have. Not totally the character packages to as one identity but I have these different personas in each and every one of us in my circle of friends. I have a group of friends that until now, we still continue to bond and do our gimmicks together. Like we need to be all present when one of us celebrated their special occasions.

It's what we call FRIENDS for LIFE.

We are friends for years and we are still fun of doing crazy things together until now. We had so many funny moments and we love to tell the same jokes as we did before. It's like nothings change to us. We’re still like before. My type of friends that used to laugh out loud and not shy to talk about private life. Of course, we just keep it ourselves.

Namely, they are Shindy, Nathalie, Chai, Karyl, Mai2, Rica, and Tima.

These buddies are my stress reliever. Reminiscing our funny moments together, can’t help myself... It made me smile. When we're together, its like were unwinding. It's a happy feeling that we got to bond again and chit-chats through facebook about our problems and achievements in life. We don’t envy. We even helped each other financially. Like before, we still chase and teased each other. It's like when your not around you'll miss half the chapter of your life. It is because we spend a lot of fun together and we always treasure every moment we had.

How we got each other?

Some of them were my classmates in elementary and high school. One of them was my childhood friend. And some of them were introduced to me by a friend and we became close because we two have the same perspective on life or attitude. We are so blessed that God had given us the chance to exist on earth and met each other.

If you have a lot of friends, who's your favorite one and the closest? For me, it's Chai, the adventurous one. We were friends and classmate since elementary, high school and even attended the same school in college. She's still single now and ready to mingle...

What type of friend are you in the group? Are you the funny one? The one who always fun of making jokes and would make the whole gang laugh? This is so... me. Well, I just want to be happy!

Who is the most serious one? The one who easily get hurt, quick-tempered, and the super sensitive. They're Karyl and Tima. Karyl is very serious on her career. She's now a successful teacher and happily married. Fatima who is Tima for short is our only Muslim friend. Guess what? She married my high school classmate Fahd who is a Muslim too. We used to tease them before because we found them as a perfect match. They're happily married now and living in Qatar. They were blessed with two boys and they're twins.

Who is the hard-headed friend? That like to talk about problems and wanted to be comforted but in the end, when given advice, she will pretend to listen but in the end... Hhmm..fingers crossed...
I was talking about the "tamsy girl", Rica. Tamsy is a shortcut word for "Tambok na sexy"... Tambok means fat in english. So Rica is Fat and feeling sexy hehe...

Who is your friend that always looking for romance? The flirty one... She's the type that loves to talk about boys and their sex life.
Shindy and Mai2 are my liberated friends.

Different characteristics, but we accept each other's flaws. Respect is like our main badge to our friendship. It's like we know how to put a pinch of the secret recipe to make the food or friendship become more delicious and colorful.
