The topic is to write about an astonishing pic which is THEME FOR ARTCHALLENGE -10, a surreal painting of the Polish artist "Igor Morski". 

We all have heard an Idiom, "A picture is worth a thousand words".

It refers to the notion that a complex idea can be conveyed with just a single still image. We are largely responsive to visual cues (pictures) whether we like to admit it or not. 

When we see a great picture, Our subconscious mind figure out what the artist was thinking while making the picture. As all of our opinions does not match to each other, Every one generates his/her own opinion on what the artist wants to convey from his art.

Pictures have the ability to make us feel happy, excited, disgusted, and curious among other things. And that's what the artist wants to happen. By drawing a single piece of art, he can introduce all of these feelings into us or some. Everyone will pick up feelings based on his character and drop the others.

"Our Interpretation of a Picture could tell us a lot about what we are as a person". 

Could we share the empathy of artist in the picture?

Or, Could we find Joy in a mournful piece of art or find sorrow hidden in a cheerful piece of art?

Simply by looking at a Painting, we can even reminisce 10, 20, 30 years into the past to a moment in our lives where we were affected emotionally by a specific event.

Images can also warn us or give us clues about to what’s to come. Like by looking at this painting of Igor Morski, I could definitely see that a part of him while drawing this painting, wants to convey that what could be the future of human after a few decades.

Some pictures can show us the truths which, sometimes, are even impossible to explain by words, for instance, the pictures that show the scientific facts in biology or physics.

But many pictures seems simple and meaningless without words to explain us, What are the stories behind them. For example, you are showed a picture of a dirty wood board. You probably wouldn't want to look at it twice until you were told the story how it had fallen down and formed a safe space in the corner during an earthquake and a little girl survived because of it.

Words are indispensable at times. Words can convey feelings at which pictures are not good. There are also times when it's impossible to take pictures and only by words can one share the experiences with one another. But If we could combine a great picture and powerful words to define it, It can evoke feelings so strong in us along with all the readers, that it can effect our lives forever.

I’m sure by now you all are well aware of the effect images have over our minds and how proper use of them can convey deep emotional connections with those who read our post, On a scientific (cognitive) level images are unconsciously persuasive.

They affect how we see ourselves and the world around us and enhance the likelihood that we will take certain actions to stay cohesive with our identity.

Pictures are powerful and when used in the right way they can influence our readers and society, but they must flow well with our content.
