Busy as usual, @papa-pepper tackled the first step to making our own root cellar/storm shelter. We've got some good ideas, and it all starts here!

Are you digging this by hand? The little peppers are sure having fun with this hole in the ground! What construction methods are you using? how big are you building this root cellar, and will it be all undergrond?

Hey @little-peppers. Did you know that there are natural chemicals in the soil that are absorbed through our skin when we play or work with the earth that are natural anti depressants which is why gardeners are the happiest people. It is the natural way to keep yourselves happy and healthy. Playing in this hole looks like heaps of fun!!!
This reminds me of that old Bugs Bunny tune... "There ain't no place like a hole in the ground". Woo Hoo!
