I noticed my reputation on steemit got reduced from 25 to 16? what could be the reasons for this?

Because you got some downvote on your post. That's why your reputation showing 25 to 16. That means it is decreasing. It happens when people do bad things on steemit. Like bad content, copy-pasting, religious post, plagiarism, irrelevant comment etc. In a real life if we commit any bad things then the police will catch us. Similarly, steemit has his own protection system. They are @steemcleaners, @cheetah. They are continuously looking for bad content and protecting steemit from the scam.
I went to your blog I saw that you got two or three upvotes and remark from the cheetah. Perhaps from that point forward, they announced steemcleaners. At that point steemcleaners downvoted you. I am going disclose to you how it fundamentally functions.
Cheetah searches for comparable substance on the off chance that he found any match with your post, at that point cheetah will upvote on your post and left a remark on your post with a connection. That implies you duplicate that substance from the web. He will warn you a couple of times. In conclusion, this is my recommendation to you don't duplicate other substance. Attempt to create quality substance. There are many guidelines on the steemit that will give you the idea of produce good content. Try to follow them. And moreover, you should learn more about steemit how it functions, what are the rules you ought to take after and what are prohibited on steemit. Otherwise, you can lose your steemit account.

but there's something ridiculous what cheetah did recent days, many steemians who use the steempress were visiting and marking by cheetah while the author of the post is the same person and they're just sharing the post using other app, and that's not fair. and sometimes if we check on the link that cheetah provide, we found no same substance at all... that's weird.
but anyway, thank you for sharing this, hope that this will be a helpfull information for those who has experienced visit by cheetah and prevent it in the future.

Nice post. It's always good when people explain these kind of internal Steem mechanisms that new users know nothing about.
However, there are more ways than that to get your reputation lowered. I've been there myself. All you need to do to be attacked and flagged is to go against the opinion of a few rich users (you'll see their posts Trending everyday.) Disagree with them, and most likely, they'll flag you... just because they don't like to be contradicted. It's sad but true.
That's why I stopped using the Trending Tab altogether. If I want to be bullied, I'll go back to kindergarten.

Hi That certainly is one way to get a down vote. I don't think religious posting is a main cause of flags. I could be wrong about that. But I do hope that is not happening.
Although it is not my cup of tea to do so, I do firmly believe anyone who wishes to share their faith is well within their rights.
Especially so for informative posting on the topic. There is such a rich cultural diversity on the platform. It would be a shame to not be able to learn from each other about all topics.
