RE: How to Live Free in Detroit Michigan

in #life8 years ago

That is brilliant! As hard as it is for people to let go of what they had, it is still liberating to see people who realise the power they actually now have! People have become accustomed to their luxuries and live beyond their means. This is encouraging and I think over the years we will see more of this situation becoming standard and accepted ie. Venezuala and Greece. I too have (bought cheap with little mortgage) properties that were overgrown dumps that had no superficial value, but get in there, do the hard work and all of a sudden people want it. Thats how I have made a living. Its always nice to see the government fail and the people rise to the top! I also heard that in Detroit lots of people are reclaiming land and growing their own food on it. What will you all do when the area is re established by the people and the government then comes back and tries to take credit for all your hard work? We have a similar situation, but on a slightly smaller scale, happening in our town. Thanks for a great read.

Thanks for the comment. Yeah that seems to be the pattern they create the problems/are the problems then we come up with solutions and they try to take the credit;and get away with it most of the time. :(
