That is a really neat mobile market. We don't have anything like that but there are some mobile food trucks that sell ready made prepared food meals.
There is a local farmers market on the summer weekends where vendors sell different vegetables, fruits and other items. They don't have nearly that selection of items though.

It's great that there is a local market in your area that you can buy fresh goods from local farmers directly! ;)
