In your introduction, you're actually talking about one out of three important aspects of acceptance:
- Accepting (the imperfect) self
- Accepting (the imperfect) others
- Accepting (the imperfect) life
The fact is that life is not perfect, just, nor predictable; we can only accept that and be curious about the future. We will not win the war against the uncertainty by becoming certain, instead we find stability by embracing uncertainty and telling the universe "bring it on".
"This is just the first time anyone has noticed." - Yeah, Steemit is, like music or painting, a lot about luck - if you provide quality, at some point you will get noticed and supported by a dolphin or a whale, just like talented artists usually sooner or later get discovered by a talent scout or an influencer. Of course, you can vastly increase your chances here by commenting on other people's posts, just like an artists can help get him noticed through marketing.
