I've been writing poetry for more than 3 years now and found it hard to get paid for it but I didn't stop. now I'm glad that I've seen Steemit and I've got my hopes on this platform. though I joined in 2016 I started using it about a month ago because I didn't understand it back then and just ignored it. crazy!? I know, I still kick myself for that.
anyway, now I've started posting some of my poetry and I don't have many people seeing it yet but I know that if I persist, I will make it one day. I just wish I knew how to gain more visibility here.
