Hello Steemian friends! Today we will be dedicated to the topic of environment and climate and what we do about it!

Do you separate your trash at home? And are you trying not to drive a car to save fuel? Or maybe you even have your own solar panels on your roof, which provide your house with energy? All of this is part of environmental protection and many people are already participating today!
We have to take care of our environment and make sure that the soil, water and air are not polluted. This is important for our Earth to function for a long time and be there for us because it is our basis of life.
Unfortunately, there are already many damages that are difficult to repair. And yet, unfortunately, it is not always natural to always pay attention to our environment.

Environmental and climate protection includes all things that preserve the natural habitat for us humans, but also for animals and plants. Repairing damage that has already occurred is also environmental protection.

Who does something about it?

Everyone must contribute to the preservation of our living space. The politicians of every country are called upon to think about solutions. But they should not only think about their own country, but also put themselves together and look for ways on an international level. But also the people in the economy have to make a contribution and think not only of their own profit but also of the environment. You have to think for the long term, and you also call it sustainable.
Not least, each and every one of us is asked to do.
After all, we have only one earth and that is ours!!!

What can you do?

To protect our environment and the climate, we all have to work together! Not only the people in the economy and the politicians are in demand. Each and every one of us should make a contribution. Maybe you're asking yourself, "But what can a single person do?" Well, a whole lot!

We can all respect a sustainable way of life and try to live in such a way that a decent life is possible for us, but also for future generations. This means that we should not reap more than can regrow in nature, so that not only for us but for our descendants there is enough. Because they too will need clean air, water and healthy soils for agriculture.
We should also try to cause as little waste as possible. When waste arises, it is important that it is biodegradable and non-toxic.

In organic agriculture, all this is respected. For the cultivation of organic products namely no chemicals are used. In addition, organic farming is less energy-intensive and thus more climate-friendly than conventional farming. Genetic engineering is even completely dispensed with. It is worthwhile, then, in the supermarket often to resort to organic products. Because these are healthier for humans and relieve the environment at the same time. In Austria, these environmentally friendly products are labeled with the "eco-label flower".
So if we try to live more sustainably every day, then we can do a lot!
