Bad breath
Having a fresh breath is good for our confidence when we are talking with someone but if you have a bad breath it will certainly makes the people that you talking to feels uncomfortable and you will left awkward. Here are some few tips on how to get rid that smelly breath from your mouth. Bad breath occurs when you did not take care of your dental hygiene or dental health and it may be a sign of others health problems. Besides of not taking care of your dental health, bad breath may occurs due to the types of food that you consume or any other unhealthy lifestyles.

First treatment or remedy that you can use to treat your bad breath away is by drinking water. Water can lubricate your mouth and at the same time keeping all the bacteria away from your mouth that cause the bad breath. Besides that, we should keep away from drinks like soda as soda is full of acidic that will cause you to have a bad breath. Step two is you need to brush and floss your teeth everyday as brushing your teeth will helps to put an end of the plaque in your teeth. The reason why you need to floss every day is because the food that you consume will stuck in between your teeth and the bacteria will feed on it.
Besides brushing and flossing daily, you will need to clean your tongue as well as the bacteria will stick on your tongue and will produce a bad stench. You can use tongue scrapper or toothbrush to clean your tongue. Smoking is also one of the reasons that we are having bad breath; it is because smoking can dry up your mouth and the nicotine in the cigarettes will squeeze the blood vessels and therefore causing an unhealthy saliva flow.
Chewing gum
Last but not least, you can chew sugarless gum that contains xylitol. Xylitol is basically an artificial sweetener, chewing this type of gum will increases the salivary flow in your mouth and helps in removing bacteria in your mouth and at the same time acting as your floss that might help getting rid all the food that stuck in between your teeth. Therefore, we all need to take care of our breath as it is one of the most important hygiene that we need to take care of and basically it will boost your confidence when talking with someone else.
