After a week with a lot of work and a lot of activity, I needed a day of rest and relaxation with my family, eating outside, breathing fresh air, sitting under the shade of a tree are necessary activities when you want to forget about work and commitments.
Grab the car, take the family and go out are things that we all should do to reduce the work stress, not cooking one day and just let myself be attended and contemplate my daughters playing helps me to start the next week with good vibes and good energy to do all the work in a good way.
