You do know that your weight changes easily 1kg+ every day just from drinking and eating?

Also if you think 1kg/week is slow, then you are mistaken. 1kg fat is the food for 4 days (no sports or heavy work).

You need to bicycle at least 2 full hours every day to get this without reducing food (don't forget to drink when you do sports, start drinking before you start).
