Popular Fukuoka Ramen shop in Yokohama. People are always happily lining up in front of the restaurant. Even half an hour or more of waiting time won't discourage them before they can taste their favorite soup with noodles.

Special Point: Pay first and then eat. Before you enter the restaurant a ticket with the particular soup name has to be purchased from the ticket machine. The ticket is handed to the staff. They confirm what to serve you and ask you how you'd like to cook the noodles. You can choose "katame"(harder), "futsu"(regular), or "yawarakame"(soft). Ordered dishes came in less than 10 minutes. That's a normal waiting time for this type of gourmet.
