What is ASMR and Why you should consider ASMR?

Ever heard of ASMR? No? Well you will now, because I am going to tell you what ASMR is, why you should consider ASMR.

Introduction of ASMR

ASMR (Autonomous sensory meridian response) is an experience or tingling sensation on the skin of back of the neck and upper spine. It signifies the combination of positive feeling, actually feeling good or positive vibe. There are many trigger spots which is explained below.

Trigger Spots

ASMR triggers spots, which are mainly visual and is encountered through the interpersonal interactions of daily life. ASMR is often triggered by specific audio and video. Such media are made for specific purpose of triggering ASMR.

Here are some triggers:

  • Listening to a softly spoken or whispering voice (highly triggerable)
  • Listening to quiet, soft tapping on wood or on stuffs.
  • Wishpering near your ears.
  • Personal attention role play triggers.

Where can you find ASMR media?

There's tons of videos of ASMR which can be found on YouTube. Just search "ASMR", you will find different types of ASMR videos and each video, you will have different experince.

Why you consider ASMR?

ASMR is for relaxation, stress free and peace. We all get tired from work, stress, tension,etc. Everyone feels tired, or some can't sleep at night, or need some relaxing, ASMR is for you, for everyone.
