What is the relationship

We all are surrounded by so many people and lots of relations. some relations are get us from birth by god like relation with mom- dad brother sister, family relative... and some relations are we created by own for example friend. but what is the actual relationship? is it just name?
no, when we relate with anyone we should respect each other, trust each other, understood each other and finally give proper freedom to each other. doesn't matter which relation are there
