My Personal Experience


I personally use to stay sleeping till a late hour, though not 12:00. Maybe it's because I currently looking for a job so I don't have a good motive to wake up early in the morning. I try to sleep and wake up in the same hours so my sleep will be stable!

I'm a lot more productive when i wake up early. It's a good feeling to have gotten a lot done and it's still only 10 a.m. :)

I sleep late say 2 am to 3 am, so waking up late seems complementing the hours of sleep i didn't get in the night.
