I'm not with the fast jumpers to the "Bitcoin is dead" bandwagon...True, it went down like 30% or more in less than a week, but it's recovering, and most importantly, even after this descent, it made 40% in just the last month. I also like it going up slowly and steadily.
I am also invested in many altcoins, where transaction fees are minimal to non-existent, and transactions are immediate.
I see a bright future for crypto indeed, where BTC's value is slowly rising, and a whole eco-system of trading and marketplace is managed through alt-coins.
Time will tell
idk bud i guess only time will tell .I actually like Bcash because they are more in line with satoshi's vision atm .However i don't like how they forked , there was no transparency or anything .I am a programmer so i tend to follow Github's of coins m invested in and i saw no code had been released same with bitcoin gold .Not saying it's bad just not very transparent and decentralized.
haha.... bitcoins is the future will never go down.
hahha this pretty much sums up every single time bitcoin goes through a correction.
Right up until the time it doesn't recover. Bitcoin Cash replacing it is all but inevitable.

I certainly don't think this downturn will be it's end, but I'm all but certain Bitcoin will peak in 2018, if it hasn't already.
Assuming they don't fix network speed (they talk about lightning for a while now) and the transaction fees, you may be right

PS: i am invested in Bcash as well though
That's a rare, well reasoned argument on BCH and not a reflexive emotional one. Thank you. Have an upvote.
cheers to crypto bud really don't like fiat much rather have open minded people in crypto community than people going solely by emotions.
