Raising childen and Planting

When you plant trees, if it doesn't bear fruits, you don't blame the trees. You will look for the reasons on why it isn't growing. It could be more fertilizer, more water or less sunlight. You never blame the trees. On the other hand, if your child misbehave in public or bully school mate. We blame the child.

If we know how to take care of the child, he will grow well, just like trees bearing fruits. Blaming has no positive effect at all. Look at the problems from different angle and question ourselves. Why does he behave in this manner?
