In a world of 6 billion + people, how do you stand out?

By using your unique talent that only you have. A talent isn't just the ability to be a great singer, dancer, or musician like some standard definitions of talent may have you believe.

A talent can be a combination of unique traits or characteristics that are a product of your life. Maybe you're really good at talking to people. Believe it or not that is an extremely prized skill in the real world. You can leverage that to find new opportunities, take interesting people out to coffee, or simply build a business out of that. How you say?

Here's a quick brainstorm. You're great at small talk so you start a consulting company teaching professionals how to master small talk. What do you need to get started? A website, some advertising, and maybe a couple video cameras to do role-plays and show people what they look like when they're small talking.

Believe it or not, people will pay for that. Start small in your local area and build your business. Add services as you grow.
Look at that! You built a business from your talent of being able to talk to people. It's that easy sometimes (of course growing your own business isn't easy)
