Trust What You Know

There's so much information and advice out there on the internet, it can be easy to forget that you might know a lot about what you read already.

A risk exists, that if we just continuously keep reading about the same things over and over again, we're not only wasting time not learning new things but we're undermining our existing knowledge that we've already attained.
