I feel it is our duty as human beings to better the lives of others and ourselves through unconditional love, compassion, and an action trusting heart, abstaining from judgment, worry and regret throughout.

Our education system is flawed and we need to address mental health issues head-on, and early ​ so that we understand how to control the most important aspect of​ our lives: the mind/ego.
