Getting Up Early Sucks. Here's Why You Should Anyway.

in #life6 years ago

Have you heard of Jocko Willink? He's a former Navy Seal turned author who doesn't take no for an answer. He served in the Iraq War and has been through the toughest training imaginable. What's the one habit he's consistently kept?

Getting up at 4:30 AM. Why? Because you get a head start on the day. Why wouldn't you get up early if you can get a headstart on other people?

If you get up early, you have the peace and serenity of complete and utter free time without distractions. Business doesn't happen at 5 AM in the morning. You can look after yourself.

Do a light workout, drink some water, read, write, create, learn, or go for a run. Taking action early and creating a routine sets a strong tone for the rest of your day.

@larrydavid4, Absolutely true, and many teachers and preachers say that, means getup early to make the day more Productive.

And yes, at 5 we can feel the quietness of mind and in that moment we can work on other stuff more effectively.

And running is the best option because, in that way we can stay as Super Active for whole day for sure.

And we have to apply the Discipline in life to achieve the success because discipline always help us to stay in line and help us to focus.

Wishing you an great day and stay blessed. 🙂

Welcome and thank you so much. 🙂
