 The healthy and shiny smile has a strong impact in equal measure in professional life and also in our personal life. Many people consider the smile like being the most precious self particularity, that’s why I decided to write about this in my first post. I will share with you some tricks about how we can mentain the healty teeth by eating healthy food and not only...  :D

                           

                                    "The BEST and the WORST foods for your dental health " :D

STRAWBERRIES :contain malic acid,a natural enamel whitener.

SPINCH AND LEAFY GREENS : Leafy greens essentially „scrumb” your teeth as you chew them.

CHEESE : Cheese is a delicious source of enamel and calcium.

WATER :Drinking plenty of water helps flush sugar and acid off of your teeth .It also contains

 fluoride,wich protects teeth against erosion.

 APPLES AND PEARS :crunchy apples can scrumb away plaque and freshen breath ,  while raw pears neutralize acids in  your mouth .

CELERY:Loaded with fibrous strands,celery is”nature’s” floss,stimulating saliva production.

SUGAR FREE GUM:Chewing gum,particularly gum sweetened with xylitol,stimulates saliva production,which washes away acids produced by bacteria in your mouth.


COFFE :In addition to being acidic,coffee can stain teeth even more severely than tabacco.

SODA :Regular and diet soda consumption has been linked with tooth erosion and decay.

WINE: Acids in both red and white wine contain erosive acid,allowing stains to deeply penetrate teeth.

HARD & CHEWY  CANDY:Chand-both hard and chewy varieties –saturates your mouth with sugar over several minutes,giving bacteria plenty of time to proliferate.

CITRUS FRUITS & JUICES:While citrus fruits are healthy and nutritious in many ways,their high acidic content can erode tooth emamel  over time .Be sure to drink plenty of water after eating citrus fruits to help lessen negative effects.

P.S :)

 Flossing once a day can increase your life expectancy by six years ,if you don't floss,you miss cleaning 35% of the tooth surface

  Try to keep your toothbrush 6 feet from a toilet because bacteria after flushing can travel up to that                distance :)

Dental fluoridation is recommended . Thus teeth will receive a " plus" protection against dental caries,use toothpaste with fluoride as auxiliary method, protects against cavities and dentinal hypersensitivity ...

Belo Pole, will be only I who am afraid of the dentist? When I hear the noises zzzzzzzzzzz I get nervous. :)
