Whoa! I'm sure all that was quite the surprise. Hopefully the house is structurally sound, as having problems with people is more than unwelcome with all the work and time that has to be invested in the house itself.
You said it! It seems structurally sound, although the roof needs attention and there have been lots of other little issues
