Sepulang kerja kami mampir ke pasar ikan,lokasinya di jalan laut Cilacap.
Setelah pilih-pilih ikan, akhirnya kami berdua beli ikan mujair 1 kg seharga Rp. 23.000.

Sekalian mampir di warung dekat rumah kami.
Beli bawang merah, bawang putih, jahe, ketumbar, laos, merica, sereh , daun salam,dan kecap manis, semuanys total Rp.5,500.

Untuk cabe kami memetik sendiri di halaman rumah kami.

Malam ini istri akan memasak "Brekecek ikan" khas Cilacap.

Semua bahan di ulek dan masukan ke dalam wajan tambah air untuk kuahnya, dan beri kecap manis.

Setelah hampir 15 menit ikan di masukkan dan di aduk sampai rata.
Usahakan semua bumbu meresap ke ikan mujair,sehingga rasa akan merata.

Nah. Brekecek ikan khas Cilacap siap di hidangkan dan di santap bersama keluarga.

Cukup murah,sediakan uang
Rp. 28,500 dan serasa makan di restoren mewah,hotel berbintang 5 dengan harga yang mahal, gulai kepala ikan, seperti di kota- kota,hehehe

Jangan lupa berdoa dan bersyukur kepada Tuhan atas berkah dan nikmat ini.
