Good advice. I buy from them, then transfer it out as well.
There are many reviews of issues from people online. But they are one of the few places I can buy bitcoin online, I am from Canada.

@krnel I will probably keep the account for the same reason, just to purchase crypto when I need to. They might not let me keep my account though, since I don't plan on answering their emails or questions.
