Stretch Your Comfort Zone

Our comfort zone are all we are use to and do, like an auto-mode in our life. These are people we use to, events, our habits, abilities and skills, work, money and all the things we do everyday. If we do like any changes we stretch this comfort zone of ours.

Any changes we would like to do will face some resistance from our comfort zone. Our body and mind want us to stay in this "normal " level of ours because it "thinks" that it is safe and comfortable for us which is fine. For instance, if we change our diet from high carbs to low, our body gives out symptoms of dizziness, stomach pain etc. which can be easily go away if we go back to high-carb diet, also circumstances will gives us situations that will tempt us to try again the high carb diet. If we our persistence to leave behind the old habit, we can resist all the sweet cakes, bread, delicious pasta, rice and body symptoms that circumstances gives us.

What is true to our diet is also true to other aspect of our lives, you may want to increase your income, want to learn new skills, try new habits, speak to other people and befriend with them. This are changes we want in life, it is hard at first but with focus, persistence we can achieved everything we want. Some may do it little by little or may shoot it straight to their goal! Failure can be happen when stretching our comfort zone, but remember there is always another day to try it, until it became your new norm and nature will not always gives resistance but also be happy to give some help .. :)
