#ULOG 17 : Repotting My Lavender and Stevia
Good evening Steemit friends!
To welcome you with my post, here is a photo of an Amaryllis flower I took in the yard earlier.
In my previous post, I blogged about my visit in a plant shop last Thursday. It is an herb nursery in Cebu. I was able to buy the herbs I have been itching to have most for so long, Lavender
and Stevia.
There are lots of it actually but I decided to take two only since they are in better size, most of the herbs displayed is basically a seedling still. The earlier batches were mostly sold out unfortunately. I'm definitely going back there soon.
It was a fine cloudy afternoon after we had a general cleaning at home so I proceeded to repot the herbs I bought from Cebu Herbs.
They were in a soft black plastic pot when I bought them and I feel like the stems would wiggle a lot in this pot and it might disturb their roots.
For the Lavender, I reused the pot I had that was in my yard. It was sitting with no plant in it for months now. I think it is perfect for the plant size and it is sturdy enough to hold it in.
By the way, I'm sorry I really can't take a decent focus shot of the Stevia.
The guilty one is right in front of me trying to catch my hands. I have to blow his face suddenly each time so he would stop playing with my hands while I'm taking the Stevia's photo.
A better photo finally, baby Black🐱 is calm and waiting for me to play with him. For the Stevia pot, I recycled a hard glossy paper bucket that was used in carrying the crispy chicken we ate yesterday for my cousin's birthday.
All done finally...
Thanks for stopping by! 🙂♥️😘
