Blogger Android App

Finally! My long wait is over. I just found out that there's a blogspot android app already that has been released but the only reason why I can't see it on Playstore is that it isn't available in my country.

But! There's nothing stopping me from getting the application. The solution? I was searching in Google earlier and come across a forum. The members were ranting why they can't have the blogspot android application.




I found out why it's not available and a member who's from the Philippines told that the application is available only to selected countries. One member told that he activated A VPN (Virtual Private Network) to update the app.



It made me research about what a VPN is. So, I checked on Google Playstore again and search VPN and voila! There's so many VPN options available. Reading through their descriptions enlightened me on how can I download the Blogspot App.

Now I get it. VPNs allow you to change country IP address and allows you to access websites that is exclusive for a certain country alone. Do I make sense? Lol

So, what I did is I download Hideman VPN first but since I ran out minutes (because it's a trial version) upon exploring the benefits of it, I downloaded Viatun VPN, another cool user friendly VPN for my android phone.

After installing and running it in my phone, guess what?! Success! I was able to download the Blogspot Android App without being prompted that it's not available in my country! Yay! Now I am using the app in posting my little journal pieces on my blog!
