What Is Texas Freedom Grounds ?

TEXAS FREEDOM GROUNDS- A little over an hour East of Dallas, near Lake Tawakoni is great fishing, amazing sunsets, lots of hogs, deer and the start of the East Texas Piney Woods. If you're out in this area you can also come across an area called "Texas Freedom Grounds." There is no actual address, or place, or anything like that. It's an idea based in a general area, no borders, or boundaries, just like minded people networking together for more individual freedom and self reliance.

Home-school gun safety class

About two years old, TFG has seen about 30-40 people move to this area in order to change their life. Some have come and went, some have stayed and made the most of it. We are all individuals living on our own property, this is not a commune, but a community of like minds that live in a general area. Some people live two houses down, some live two streets down or two miles away. Some people I see more than I see others, and some I don't see much at all, It's just how people are, some like company and some like to keep to themselves and nobody is obligated to do anything, everything is voluntary. We help and communicate with each other when in need, we share things, trade, barter, home-school and have community gatherings together. TFG is a revolutionary idea that is expanding, creating more freedom, more jobs and a better lifestyle for people.

Currently, there are three rent houses out here and a few more for sale. There is anything from land that is $2000-$3000 a lot, to RVs for rent, small houses for sale, houses with land or million dollar homes. You name it and it's most likely out here some way or another.
