Thoughts Makes A Man

In some of my previous posts, I talked about why the mind should be properly manged in other to achieve greater results. This post is in some way related to that.

We will be discussing the power of thoughts and how it compliments our daily activities. Over the last couple of years, I have heard a lot of people give both religious and social explanation to the importance of speaking rightly. I recently even shared a book review on Joel Osteen's Power of I Am which is a book centred on the influence the words we speak have on us as individuals.

After all is said about our confessions, very few people have taken time to talk about the importance of thought process. Thoughts are what influences the words we speak. The Bible in Luke 6:45King James Version (KJV) says: A good man out of the good treasure of his heart bringeth forth that which is good; and an evil man out of the evil treasure of his heart bringeth forth that which is evil: for of the abundance of the heart his mouth speaketh.

As the above stated passage states 'for of the abundance of the heart his mouth speaketh.' This goes to show that majority of what we speak relates to our thought process. Most times what we say under pressure are a true reflection of what we think.

Is is natural to speak positive when you are with people, but what do you say to yourself when your alone. Is it positive or negative?

I must advice that we always think positive of ourselves. This is paramount to confessing positive and even achieving objectives. This is because as a man thinks in his heart so is he.

In my little experience, I have Come to realise that the direction of a man's life shows the direction of his/her thoughts.

Mastery of positive thoughts come with a lot of self discipline just like it learning any other thing. Mastering positive thoughts is related to learning to drive a vehicle, the more you drive the better you become at doing it. The more efficient you become at it.
